Dr. Mink Memorial Hospital
May 29, 2007 - Because of all the
sick guys over here last week, and because of
Dylan's accident with my old sickbay cage,
I had ordered a new, better, bigger, and on top of all safer one. It
arrived Friday afternoon, but I didn't have time to unpack it until today.
It's a huge Ferplast Maxi Duna cage
originally meant for rabbits, but also well suited for adult sick rats that
need to rest (no wires = no climbing) and/or keep warm.
I've also bought a
SnuggleSafe Heat Pad, so I now
have a fully equipped rat hospital. I guess my ratty hospital should also
have a name... how about "Dr. Mink Memorial
Hospital".
